He has developed professional experience across Russia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Algeria-related project environments.
His career has evolved from landscape architecture and architectural visualization to site management and the coordination of technically demanding international construction projects.

Meaning before utility
Nikita rejects purely utilitarian architecture. A building may solve a technical problem efficiently, but architecture begins when functionality is combined with meaning, proportion, materiality and human experience.

Preserve what has value
Existing architecture, mature trees, landscape and historic materials are not obstacles to development. Whenever possible, contemporary interventions should integrate with what already exists rather than erase it. New and old can strengthen each other.

Materials shape experience
Material selection is not merely decorative. Texture, ageing, craftsmanship, durability and historical context influence how people perceive and remember a space. This philosophy extends from large construction projects to personal architectural and interior studies.

Architecture does not end at the building.
Landscape design was not a later addition to Nikita’s architectural career. It was one of its foundations.
He studied Landscape Design at Lomonosov Moscow State University before completing his architectural education, developing an early understanding of buildings and landscape as interconnected systems.
His landscape experience includes private estates, urban planting programs, mature-tree transplantation, vertical greenery and landscape consulting. Today, he continues to advise on selected private landscape projects alongside his international construction career.

Material, memory & contemporary space
Nikita’s interest in architecture continues beyond corporate projects. His private architectural and interior work often explores the relationship between contemporary design and materials carrying historical meaning.
For one residential project, nineteenth-century bricks from the Russian Empire period were individually sourced and incorporated into a contemporary interior concept.
Rather than reproducing historical architecture, the intention was to allow an authentic historic material to acquire a new function and context.

A personal perspective
Nikita’s interest in space began long before it became a profession. The fascination with creating and building developed into a career focused on shaping environments for people.
Outside corporate projects, he continues to work with private interiors, architecture and landscape. He maintains a particularly strong connection with gardens and natural environments, including long-term personal landscape projects on family land in Russia.
His ambition is not simply to design objects, but to create places with enough meaning, material integrity and longevity to remain valuable over time.
